Possiblity to getting KDNF Accs

So according to Vermillion, this site sells KDNF accounts for about 20 dollars.

The only restriction from what I can see is you can't change your password.

I'm not sure how these accounts work though so use at your own risk when buying them.

Obviously it's better to attempt to obtain one from kirov but if that proves to be difficult there are possible options.
