So I sort of stumbled onto this, and it really caught my attention
set in modern times with guns, swords, magic, monsters, conspiracy theories, and zombies? yes please

the official site is actually rather lacking in info, but its not hard to look up more if interested
i think it looks rather badass, and i havent really been looking forward to any new games in a long time

I've been waiting for the beta of this game since the game was first announced.
the trailers are sexy but cost 10,000$ (iirc) to create which is why they wont show us the 3rd trailer yet Sad

GOD i hope i get selected for the beta on this game. Although seeing the gameplay for the game makes it look not so exciting

yea, im hoping to get in on that beta action too, but i dont really have the best of luck when it comes to these things

turns out i was accepted for the final fantasy XIV beta
theeeen i forgot to check my email, so i didnt get in the beta in time >_<

I decided to dig up the other two society trailers. The illumanti sounded kinda suductive to me, and the templars sounded very generic imo. Dragon was sooo stereotypical though...

you know the 3 pictures on the official site? and they all link to a trailer (except one trailer is unreleased)
well the 3rd trailer was leaked to youtube and some other places for awhile, but they sure covered it up FAST and now i cant find it anywhere Sad

i never got to see it
i hope they release that trailer soon

but i gotta say, that "crow" enemy was so badass looking

they havent selected their beta testers yet, but considering the community isn't very large i think we have a good chance. I hope so atleast

though as the game gets closer, i still love the gothic art, but its lookin like the gameplay isn't going to be very good, especially since they still wont show us any gameplay

some of the gameplay was leaked though and someone commented it didnt live up to their expectations. I hope im not expecting too much, considering how much they're building it up by releasing trailers slowly but no gameplay

I've also been following the TSW for about a year now, and I gotta say.. It looked great at first! I loved how they were setting up the atmosphere of it and stuff, and making it seem like an unique and eerie experience!

Then.. I saw the videos of it, and realized it's just more of the same. Sad

Honestly, im waiting on them to finish revamping AO's engine. That's the only old style mmo I'd wanna go back to playing. I love sci-fi mmo's, especially the ones with a more modern feel to them, as opposed to a flat out 10 trillion year in the future circle floating building feel.
