This is the recipe for the cookies I made I hope you enjoy them! (PS They are rich so you may need some milk to go with)
Serving Size: 36
Ingredients:
1 cup butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup white sugar
2 egg
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups natural peanut butter
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1-1/2 cups mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
Directions (lol you actually need to do these in order):
1. Cream butter or margarine with brown sugar and white sugar. Add egg and vanilla.
Mix well. Stir in peanut butter, baking soda, and salt. Make sure it is well blended. Add flour and chocolate chips.
2. Put cookie dough in the fridge for at least an hour (no more than a day) in order to get the cookie dough in a more workable state. You will need to preheat the oven at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). This depends on how long you keep the cookie dough in the fridge.
3. Roll cookie dough into a reasonable sized ball and place them on the pan.
4. Bake for 15 minutes or until done.
If made correctly they should look similar to mine:
