hard to assume if ex str growth is better then adding it to ex crushing fist passive
but the 2 tp books should be able to max that as well
but most this is from Kirov's suggestive build.

spare sp should be put into tornado kick
but in my case because some dnf quest are pvp related or "hard ancients"
i'll keep some spare sp.
