recruiting?

methinks we need to recruit the ingame guild something feirce. It's pretty dead, people are leaving because it's dead.... yeah.

inevitably, alot of the players are just getting bored of the game and i think it's just time to get new people to keep prom alive.

problem seems to be where and how we'd recruit... accounting on its either ingame, nx forums, dfosource, or the various other dead dfo communities out there.

I think we should make a thread on nx forums... maybe some ingame recruiting.. just keep everyone a jr and promote the cool ones to sr after a while.

anyone else have opinions or suggestions?

i dont like it but, i say use nx forums and dfo source to recruit, i dont kno if the "introduce yourself on prom forum" rule is in effect still, but yea

I don't think it is, yung...as of right now the only thing you need to stay in guild is to log in atleast once every 100 days lol
(or tell us if you cant beforehand)

by the sounds of things we could do a mix of the 3 xD
but we may have to clear up the officer situation if we get a big response

I say our best bet is via forums. I don't trust in game randoms and people from forums tend to be slightly smarter. But nothing wrong with in game via echos so I say all of the above excluding it's fine as it is cause we need fresh meat in game!

whats the differnce between jr. and sr. really, all sr. gets is to recruit people which would be more beneficial towards this predicament wouldnt it?
