no aphelia post?

lessee, after i beat 2nd spine i got a message from seria telling me i can now go to aphelia post...
im level 40...
what am i missing?
I finished all my 2nd spine epics, i have no quests there <.<
im gonna try running the 2nd spine daily real quick and see if i can get in after that -_-

i had to solo 2nd spine (again) <.<

you have to either solo kings road or finish 2nd spine kings road As the party leader

It doesn't have to be kings road.
You could solo normal and get the map. I did that just a few days ago.

i think there is a 5% chance that you dont get the map to aphelia post or something, cuz i've had times where i dont get my map after i do a solo run
