Mari since you're such a pro at shooters I need some help

How do you play Hellsinker? I don't know all of the controls, what all of the gauges do, or what these lightning bolt looking things are for. Is there even a way I can translate the game?

most likely there is no way to translate, the files for doing so are usaully locked which is why some of the touhou games arent translated, i say search around maybe someone did it already
