The Explanation of the July 14th event.

1)You need to make a new character.

2)Buy the package for said new character.

3)The package awards you a TEMP Swimsuit outfit and TEMP title for 60 days. Both untradeables.

4)You need to wear said TEMP title as you level in order to be eligible for the following content.
-Wearing the title, when you pass lvl 22, you are awarded on Sept 15th, a PERMENANT/ TRADEABLE swimsuit outfit.
-Wearing the title, when you pass lvl 32, you are awarded on Sept 15th, a PERMENANT/ TRADEABLE title.
-Wearing the title, when you pass lvl 42, you are awarded on Sept 15th, an Echo Megaphone and a Lethe's River Bell.

Not complaining or anything, but I honestly think it would've been better if the package was free for the said character. >>

Or if they JUST SOLD IT LIKE A REGULAR PACKAGE!
